Fay’s watercolours of lettuce, chard and gunnera created for the Highgrove Florilegium form part of an exhibition at the grade II-listed Garrison Chapel on the site of the former Chelsea Barracks. The Prince's Foundation, which is curating the exhibition, has recently established the space to showcase the charity’s creative work.
